Miltiradienska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.131, SmMDS, SmiKSL) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-kopali-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira miltiradien).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz biljke Selaginella moellendorffii.
