William DeWolf Hopper, Jr. (26. januar 1915 - 6. mart 1970) bio je američki glumac, najpoznatiji po ulozi privatnog detektiva Paula Drakea u popularnoj TV-seriji Perry Mason.

Rodio se u teatarskoj porodici kao sin glumca i producenta DeWolf Hopper|DeWolfa Hoppera]] i Hedde Hopper, koja će kasnije postati jedna od nauticajnijih trač kolumnistica u Hollywoodu. Karijeru je otpočeo kao tinejdžer, ali ju je prekinuo za vrijeme Drugog svjetskog rata kada se priključio podvodnim diverzantima američke mornarice i sudjelovao u borbama na Pacifiku. Poslije rata se bavio trgovinom automobilima prije nego što ga je prijatelj, William A. Wellman, nagovorio da se vrati glumi.
