Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi (26. mart 1940 -) je američka demokratska političarka koja trenutno vrši dužnost predsjednice Predstavničkog doma američkog Kongresa. Pelosi se na tom mjestu nalazi od 2007. godine, otkako su, temeljem pobjede na izborima u novembru 2006. demokrati preuzeli većinu u Predstavničkom domu. Pelosi je prije toga - od 2003. do 2007. godine - vršila dužnost vođe kongresne manjine.
Pelosi od 1987. u Predstavničkom domu zastupa 8. kongresni okrug Kalifornije koji uglavnom pokriva San Francisco. Pelosi, slično i kao izborno tijelo koje zastupa, uživa reputaciju ljevičara, i njen izbor na čelo demokratske frakcije Kongresa se često uzima kao znak početka dominacije ljevice nad Demokratskom strankom.
Pelosi je po američkom Ustavu, druga u redu predsjedničkog nasljeđivanja, iza potpredsjednika Joea Bidena, što je čini najmoćnijom političarkom u američkoj historiji.
Pelosi bi dužnost trebala napustiti početkom 2011. nakon što se okupi novi saziv Kongresa u kome republikanci, temeljem pobjede na izborima u novembru 2010. imaju većinu.
