Lazi su etnička grupa Gruzijaca, koja pretežno živi u Turskoj u oblasti zvanoj Lazistan. Većinom su islamske veroispovesti, a govore laskim jezikom, koji spada u zansku grupu južnokavkaske porodice jezika.
Ima ih oko 42.000 u Turskoj.
