Keltiberi je naziv za drevne stanovnike Iberijskog poluotoka koji su govorili keltskim jezicima i živjeli krajem 1. milenijuma pne. Ta je grupa nastala kada su se Kelti iz Galije naselili na Iberijskom poluotoku te počeli miješati s tamošnjim predindoevropskim stanovništva, prije svega [Iberijci]]ma.
Arheologija Keltibere obično povezuje s Hallstatskom kulturom čiji se artefakti mogu naći u sjevernom dijelu današnje centralne Španije. Sam izraz Keltiberi (Celtiberi) je prvi iskoristio Diodor,[1] potom Apijan[2] and Marcijal[3] koji su prepoznali da je riječ o mješavini Kelta i Iberijaca; Strabon je pak smatrao da među Keltiberima dominiraju keltski primjesi. Od pojedinačnih plemena imenom su poznati Arevaci, Belli, Titti, i Lusones.
