Arthur Francis Collins (7. februar 1864 - 3. august 1933) bio je američki pjevač zabavne muzike, poznat kao jedan od prvih koji je popularnost stekao i proširio zahvaljujući snimanju gramofonskih ploča. Često je pjevao u duetu s Byronom G. Harlanom, a poznat je i po tome što se u njihovoj pjesmi iz 1917. godine prvi put čuje riječ jazz.
