Loudon Snowden Wainwright III (5. septembar 1946) je američki kantautor, folk pjevač, humorist i glumac. Poznat je i kao otac muzičara Rufusa Wainwrighta, Marthe Wainwright i Lucy Wainwright Roche, brat Sloana Wainwrighta i bivši suprug folk pjevačice Kate McGarrigle. Tokom karijere je izdao preko 22 albuma, a nagrađen je i s Grammyjem.
