Polineuridin-aldehidna estaraza (EC 3.1.1.78, polineuridin aldehidna esteraza, PNAE) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom polineuridin aldehid hidrolaza (dekarboksilacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- polineuridin aldehid + H2O 16-epivelozimin + CO2 + metanol
Nakon hidrolize ovog indolnog alkaloidnog estra, karboksilna kiselina se spontano dekarboksiliše dajući sarpaganski skeleton.
