Pimelil-(acil-nosilac protein) metil estarska esteraza (EC 3.1.1.85, BioH) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom pimelil-(acil-nosilac protein) metil estar hidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi biotina u Gram-negativim bakterijama.
