N-metilkoklaurin 3'-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.71, N-metilkoklaurinska 3'-hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-N-metilkoklaurin,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (3'-hidroksilacija).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (S)-N-metilkoklaurin + NADPH + H+ + O2 (S)-3'-hidroksi-N-metilkoklaurin + NADP+ + H2O
Ovaj enzim je hem-tiolatni protein (P-450) koji učestvuje u sintezi benzilizohinolinskih alkaloida kod viših biljki.
