Glukan 1,6-alfa-glukozidaza (EC 3.2.1.70, ekso-1,6-beta-glukozidaza, glukodekstrinaza, glukan alfa-1,6-D-glukohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glukan 6-alfa-D-glukohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza (1->6)-alfa-D-glukozidnih veza u (1->6)-alfa-D-glukanima i izvedenim oligosaharidima
Hidroliza je praćena inverzijom na atomu C-1.
