Deoksiriboza-fosfatna aldolaza (EC 4.1.2.4, fosfodezoksiriboaldolaza, dezoksiriboaldolaza, dezoksiriboza-5-fosfat aldolaza, 2-dezoksiriboza-5-fosfat aldolaza, 2-dezoksi-D-riboza-5-fosfat acetaldehid-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-dezoksi-D-riboza-5-fosfat acetaldehid-lijaza (formira D-gliceraldehid-3-fosfat).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2-dezoksi-D-riboza 5-fosfat D-gliceraldehid 3-fosfat + acetaldehid
