Acetoin dehidrogenaza (EC 2.3.1.190, acetoin dehidrogenazni kompleks, acetoin dehidrogenazni enzimski sistem, AoDH ES) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:acetoin O-acetiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acetoin + KoA + NAD+ acetaldehid + acetil-KoA + NADH + H+
Za rad ovog enzima je neophodan tiamin difosfat.
