8-amino-7-oksononanoat sintaza (EC 2.3.1.47, 7-keto-8-aminopelargonsko kiselinska sintetaza, 7-keto-8-aminopelargonska sintetaza, 8-amino-7-oksopelargonatna sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 6-karboksiheksanoil-KoA:L-alanin C-karboksiheksanoiltransferaza (dekarboksilacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 6-karboksiheksanoil-KoA + L-alanin 8-amino-7-oksononanoat + KoA + CO2
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
