Paula Modersohn-Becker

Paula Modersohn-Becker (8. februar 1876 – 21. novembar 1907) je bila njemačka slikaca koja se smatra jednim od najvažnijih predstavnika ranog ekspresionizma. Tokom kratke karijere, koju je prekinula smrt od embolije u dobi od 31 godinu, stvorila je niz dojmljivih slika. Među njima se ističe portret pjesnika i njenog prijatelja Rainera Marie Rilkea koji joj je poslije posvetio jednu pjsemu.
