Transportujuća ATPaza polarnih aminokiselina (EC 3.6.3.21, histidinska permeaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (import polarne aminokiseline).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova ATPaza ABC-tipa je karakteristična po prisustvu dva slična ATP-vezujuća domena.
