Tiohidroksimat b-D-glukoziltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.195, desulfoglukozinolat-uridin difosfat glukoziltransferaza, uridin difosfoglukoza-tiohidroksimat glukoziltransferaza, tiohidroksimat beta-D-glukoziltransferaza, UDPG:tiohidroksimat glukoziltransferaza, tiohidroksimat S-glukoziltransferaza, tiohidroksimat glukoziltransferaza, UDP-glukoza:tiohidroksimat S-beta-D-glukoziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-glukoza:N-hidroksi-2-feniletantioamid S-beta-D-glukoziltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- UDP-glukoza + N-hidroksi-2-feniletantioamid UDP + desulfoglukotropeolin
Ovaj enzim zajedno sa EC 2.8.2.24, desulfoglukozinolatnom sulfotransferazom, učestvuje u biosintezi tioglukozida.
