Pseudotropin aciltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.186, pseudotropin:acil-KoA transferaza, tigloil-KoA:pseudotropin aciltransferaza, acetil-KoA:pseudotropin aciltransferaza, pseudotropin acetiltransferaza, pseudotropin tigloiltransferaza, PAT) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-KoA:pseudotropin O-aciltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acil-KoA + pseudotropin KoA + O-acilpseudotropin
Ovaj enzim je apsolutno specifičan za endo/3alfa konfiguraciju tropina.
