Pektatna trisaharid-lijaza (EC 4.2.2.22, eksopektat-lijaza, pektat lijaza A, PelA) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1->4)-alfa-D-galakturonan redukujuči-kraj-trisaharid-lijaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Eliminativno odvajanje nezasićenog trigalakturonata kao glavnog produkta sa redukujućeg kraja poligalakturonske kiseline/pektata
Ovaj enzim prvenstveno uklanja trisaharid sa redukujućeg kraja.
