Papalizin 1 (EC 3.4.24.79, proteaza insulinu-sličnog faktora vezujućeg proteina-4) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje Met135-Lys veze u insulinu-sličnom faktor rasta vezujućem proteinu (IGFBP4), i Ser143-Lys veze u IGFBP5
Ovaj enzip pripada peptidaznoj familiji M43.
