Pankreasna elastaza II (EC 3.4.21.71, pankreasna elastaza 2) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno razlaganje veza: Leu-, Met- i Phe-. Dolazi do hidrolize elastina
Ova peptidaza iz S1 familije (tripsinske familije) se formira aktivacijom proelastaze II iz sisarskog pankreasa posredstvom tripsina.
