Palmitoil-KoA hidrolaza (EC 3.1.2.2, dugolančana masna-acil-KoA hidrolaza, palmitoil koenzim A hidrolaza, palmitoilna tioesteraza, palmitoil koenzim A hidrolaza, palmitoil-KoA deacilaza, palmitil tioesteraza, palmitil-KoA deacilaza, masna acil tioesteraza I, palmitil tioesteraza I) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom palmitoil-KoA hidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- palmitoil-KoA + H2O KoA + palmitat
Ovaj enzijm takođe hidrolizuje KoA tioestre drugih dugolančanih masnih kiselina.
