Neoabietadienska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.132, AgAS, PtTPS-LAS) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-copali-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira neoabietadien).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (+)-kopalil difosfat neoabietadien + difosfat
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz Abies grandis.
