N-acil-D-aminokiselinska deacilaza (EC 3.5.1.81, N-acyl-D-amino-acid deacylase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acil-D-aminokiselina amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-acil-D-aminokiselina + H2O kiselina + D-aminokiselina
Enzim iz Alcaligenes denitrificans subsp. xylosoksidans i Alcaligenes xylosoksidans subsp. xylosoksidans ima široku specifičnost.
