Izopenicilin-N epimeraza (EC 5.1.1.17, Isopenicillin-N epimerase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom penicilin-N 5-amino-5-karboksipentanoil-epimeraza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- izopenicilin N penicilin N
Ovaj enzim sadrži piridoksal fosfat.
