Hondroitin 4-sulfotransferaza (EC 2.8.2.5, hondroitinska sulfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3'-fosfoadenilil-sulfat:hondroitin 4'-sulfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

3'-fosfoadenilil sulfat + hondroitin adenozin 3',5'-bisfosfat + hondroitin 4'-sulfat

Sulfatacija se odvija u 4-poziciji N-acetil-galaktozaminskih ostataka hondroitina.
