Hepsin (EC 3.4.21.106) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje nakon baznih aminokiselinskih ostataka, sa jakom preferencijom za Arg u odnosu na Lys
Ova membrana serinska peptidaza učestvuje u ćelijskom rastu i razvoju.
