Gentamicin 3'-N-acetiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.60, gentamicinska acetiltransferaza I, aminoglikozidna acetiltransferaza AAC(3)-1, gentamicinska 3'-N-acetiltransferaza, acetil-KoA:gentamicin-C N3'-acetiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:gentamicin-C N3'-acetiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acetil-KoA + gentamicin C KoA + N3'-acetilgentamicin C
Ovaj enzim takođe acetiluje sisomicin.
