Dugolančana-acil-KoA dehidrogenaza (EC 1.3.99.13, palmitoil-KoA dehidrogenaza, palmitoil-koenzim A dehidrogenaza, dugolančani acil-koenzim A dehidrogenaza, dugolančani-acil-KoA:(akceptor) 2,3-oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dugolančana-acil-KoA:akceptor 2,3-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acil-KoA + akceptor 2,3-dehidroacil-KoA + redukovani akceptor
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD). On formira sa flavoproteinom elektronskog transfera i EC 1.5.5.1, sistem kojim se redukuje ubihinon i drugi akceptori.
