Dihidrobenzofenantridin oksidaza (EC 1.5.3.12, dihidrobenzofenantridinska oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dihidrobenzofenantridin:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- (1) dihidrosanguinarin + O2 sanguinarin + H2O2
- (2) dihidrohelirubin + O2 helirubin + H2O2
- (3) dihidromakarpin + O2 makarpin + H2O2
Ovaj enzim je prisutan kod viših biljki koje formirmaju oksidovane forme benzofenantridinskih alkaloida.
