Citohrom-c3 hidrogenaza (EC 1.12.2.1, H2:fericitohrom c3 oksidoreduktaza, citohromna c3 reduktaza, citohromna hidrogenaza, hidrogenaza (nespecifična)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom vodonik:fericitohrom-c3 oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2 H2 + fericitohrom c3 4 H+ + ferocitohrom c3
Ovaj enzijm je gvožđe-sumporni protein. Neke forme ovog enzima sadrže nikal ([NiFe]-hidrogenaze), dok neke sadrže selenocistein ([NiFeSe]-hidrogenaze). Metilinsko plavo i drugi akceptori se takođe mogu redukovati.
