Azot-monoksid reduktaza (EC 1.7.99.7, azot oksidna reduktaza, azotsuboksid:(akceptor) oksidoreduktaza (formira NO)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom azotsuboksid:akceptor oksidoreduktaza (formira NO).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- azot monoksid + akceptor + H2O 2 azot suboksid + redukovani akceptor
Ovaj proteni je heterodimer citohroma b i c. Fenazin metosulfat može da deluje kao akceptor.
