Atrolizin E (EC 3.4.24.44, Crotalus atrox metaloendopeptidaza e, hemoragi, ni toksin e) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje Asn3-Gln, Ser9-His i Ala14-Leu veza u lancu insulina B i Tyr14-Gln i Thr8-Ser u A lancu. Razlaganje tipa IV kolagena na Ala73-Gln u alfa1(IV) i na Gly7-Leu u alfa2(IV)
Ova nehemoragična endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zvečarke Crotalus atrox.
