Atrolizin C (EC 3.4.24.42, Crotalus atrox metaloendopeptidaza c, hemoragijsk toksin c, hemoragijski toksin d) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje His5-Leu, His10-Leu, Ala14-Leu, Tyr16-Leu i Gly23-Phe veza u B lancu insulina. Na malim molekulima postoji preferencija za hidrofobne ostatke u P2' i male ostatke poput Ala, Gly u P1
Ova hemoragična endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zvečarke Crotalus atrox.
