Aspartat-tRNKAsn ligaza (EC 6.1.1.23, nondiskriminišuća aspartil-tRNK sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-aspartat:tRNKAsx ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Kad ovaj enzim deluje na tRNKAsp, on katalizuje istu reakciju kao EC 6.1.1.12, aspartat-tRNK ligaza.
