Asparaginil-tRNK sintaza (glutamin-hidrolizujuća) (EC 6.3.5.6, Asp-AdT, Asp-tRNKAsn amidotransferaza, aspartil-tRNKAsn amidotransferaza, Asn-tRNKAsn:L-glutamin amido-ligaza (formira ADP)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom aspartil-tRNKAsn:L-glutamin amido-ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova reakcija je deo sistema za formiranje asparaginil-tRNK kod Deinococcus radiodurans i drugih organizama kojima nedostaje specifični enzim za sintezu asparagina.
