Askopironska tautomeraza (EC 5.3.3.15, askopironska izomeraza, askopiron intramolekularna oksidoreduktaza, 1,5-anhidro-D-glicero-heks-3-en-2-uloza tautomeraza, APM tautomeraza, askopiron P tautomeraza, APTM) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1,5-anhidro-4-dezoksi-D-glicero-heks-3-en-2-uloza Delta3-Delta1-izomeraza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim katalizuje jedan od koraka u anhidrofruktoznom putu.
