Arginin N-sukciniltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.109, arginin sukciniltransferaza, AstA, arginin and ornitin N2-sukciniltransferaza, AOST, AST, sukcinil-KoA:L-arginin 2-N-sukciniltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sukcinil-KoA:L-arginin N2-sukciniltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

sukcinil-KoA + L-arginin KoA + N2-sukcinil-L-arginin

Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na L-ornitin.
