8-okso-dGTP difosfataza (EC 3.6.1.55, MutT, 7,8-dihidro-8-oksoguanin trifosfataza, 8-okso-dGTPaza, 7,8-dihidro-8-okso-dGTP pirofosfohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 8-okso-dGTP difosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

8-okso-dGTP + H2O \rightleftharpoons 8-okso-dGMP + difosfat

Ovaj enzim hidrolizuje fosfoanhidridnu vezu između alfa i beta fosfata nukleozida koji sadržie 8-oksoguanin.
