Piruvat, voda dikinaza (EC 2.7.9.2, fosfoenolpiruvatna sintaza, piruvat-voda dikinaza (fosforilacija), PEP sintetaza, fosfoenolpiruvatna sintaza, foefoenolpiruvatna sintetaza, fosfoenolpiruvinska sintaza, fosfopiruvatna sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:piruvat, voda fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + piruvat + H2O AMP + fosfoenolpiruvat + fosfat
Ovaj enzim sadrži mangan.
