David J. Frum (30. jun 1960 -) je kanadsko-američki novinar konzervativne orijentacije. Služio je kao pisac govora za američkog predsjednika Georgea W. Busha, te mu se pripisuje da je izmislio frazu "osovina zla". Za vrijeme predsjedničkih izbora 2008. se istakao kao jedan od najžešćih kritičara Sarah Palin. Nedugo nakon izbora je osnovao Frumforum.com, kolektivni blog koji okuplja liberalno i centristički orijentirane pristaše američke Republikanske stranke.
