TRNK intron endonukleaza (EC 3.1.27.9, transferna ribonukleat intronska endoribonukleaza, tRNK splajsujuća endonukleaza, splajsujuća endonukleaza, tRNKTRPintron endonukleaza, transferna splajsujuća endonukleaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endonukleolitičko razlaganje pre-tRNK, formiranje 5'-hidroksi i 2',3'-ciklično fosfatnih krajeva, i specifično uklanjanje introna
Ovaj enzim katalizuje finalni stupanj maturacije tRNK molekula.
