Sterol estaraza (EC 3.1.1.13, holestarolna esteraza, holestaril estar sintaza, triterpenolna esteraza, holestarilna esteraza, holestaril estarska hidrolaza, sterol estarska hidrolaza, holestarol estarska hidrolaza, holesteraza, acilholestarolna lipaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom steril-estar acilhidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- steril estar + H2O sterol + masna kiselina
Ova grupa enzima ima široku specifičnost.
