Keltske nacije
Keltske nacije je izraz kojim se opisuju teritorije u Sjeverozapadnoj Evropi u kojima su očuvani vlastiti keltski jezici i tradicije vezane uz nekadašnje Kelte. Izraz "nacija" se tamo koristi u kulturnom, a ne u političkom smislu, s obzirom da ta područja ne čine samostalne, odnosno suverene države; stoga bi ih se također moglo slobodno prevesti kao keltske zemlje.
Postoji ukupno šest teritorija koje su priznate kao keltske nacije. To su are Bretanija (Breizh), Cornwall (Kernow), Irska (Éire), Otok Man (Mannin), Škotska (Alba) i Wales (Cymru).[1][2] Ponekad se to određenje osporava od strane stanovnika Asturije i Galicija (uključujući Sjeverni Portugal).[3][4][5] Until the expansions of the Roman Republic and Germanic tribes, a significant part of Western Europe was mainly Celtic.[6]
