Zoë Wanamaker, CBE (13. maj 1949 -) je britanska glumica, poznata po nizu zapaženih uloga na televiziji, među kojima se ističe Ariadne Oliver u Agatha Christie's Poirot. Rodila se u New Yorku, ali je kao dijete emigrirala u Britaniju, zajedno sa ocem, kanadskim glumcem Samom Wanamakerom koji se u doba makartističkih progona našao na hollywoodskoj crnoj listi.
