Vinorin sintaza (EC 2.3.1.160) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-KoA:16-epivelozimin O-acetiltransferaza (ciklizacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acetil-KoA + 16-epivelozimin KoA + vinorin
Ova reakcija se odvija u dva stupnja.
