Vetispiradienska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.21, farnezil pirofosfatna ciklaza (formira vetispiradien), pemnaspirodienska sintaza, HVS, vetispiradienska ciklaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira vetispiradien).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Inicijalna interna ciklizacija proizvodi monociklični intermedijer germakren A.
