Undekaprenil-fosfat glukoza fosfotransferaza (EC 2.7.8.31, GumD, undekaprenilfosfat glukozilfosfat transferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-glukoza:ditrans,oktacis-undekaprenil-fosfat glukoza fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- UDP-glukoza + ditrans,oktacis-undekaprenil fosfat UMP + alfa-D-glukopiranozil-difosfo-ditrans,oktacis-undekaprenol
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi ksantana.
