UDP-galaktopiranozna mutaza (EC 5.4.99.9, UGM, UDP-D-galaktopiranozna furanomutaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-alfa-D-galaktopiranoza furanomutaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- UDP-alfa-D-galaktopiranoza UDP-alfa-D-galaktofuranoza
Ovaj flavoenzim formira UDP-alfa-D-glaktofuranozu koji je neophodna za formiranje ćelijskog zida bakterija, gljiva i protozoa.
