Trifosfat-protein fosfotransferaza (EC 2.7.99.1, difosfat:mikrozomalni membranski protein O-fosfotransferaza, DiPPT, pirofosfat:protein fosfotransferaza, difosfat—proteinska fosfotransferaza, difosfat:(mikrozomalni membranski protein) O-fosfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom trifosfat:(mikrozomalni membranska protein) fosfotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- trifosfat + [mikrozomalni membranski protein] difosfat + fosfo-[mikrozomalni membranski protein]
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u bifaznoj reakciji nakon iscrpljivanja ATP-a.
